This site is an independent local directory and editorial publication. It is not a healthcare, financial, payment-processing, or emergency service. Please do not send passwords, payment-card data, government identifiers, private account information, or sensitive medical or consumer health information through this site.
1. Scope
This policy applies to information processed through Kitsap Gaming’s website, forms, accounts, directory tools, reviews, and related administrative systems. It does not govern a third-party website, social network, game platform, venue, organizer, store, map provider, or other service that you reach through an outbound link.

Kitsap Gaming is not designed to collect, infer, or provide services based on consumer health data. We do not sell consumer health data or use geofencing around healthcare facilities. If you believe you inadvertently submitted consumer health data, contact us so we can review an access, deletion, or other applicable request. Nothing in this section limits rights that apply under Washington law.

Kitsap Gaming is a general-audience publication and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information online from a child under 13. A person under 13 may not create an account, submit a listing or review, or use a form. If you believe a child under 13 provided personal information, contact us so we can investigate and delete it when appropriate.
12. Third-party links and services
Directory listings and articles link to stores, venues, organizers, libraries, maps, social networks, and other third parties. Their privacy practices are their responsibility. Review the third party’s policy before providing information or completing a transaction.

The site is operated for a Washington-based local publication. Information may be processed and stored in the United States, where privacy laws may differ from those in your location.
